Thank you Emma Amos, your work lives on and inspires! I flew from Phx to Cleveland to see the Cleveland Art Museum, and saw Emma’s painting Sandy and her husband, (and read about the painting, and the self portrait of Emma Amos hanging on the wall, in that painting )and was hoping to see that painting here, but as I searched, I got lost in both the wonderful works with paint, and then the aquatint works, well, the preparing for a face lift, what an impactful work, must have been here for an hour, drinking in the color, and the design, the message, feeling glad to have visited this site. thank you so much, for the site, your art. It fed my soul.
